Pepper from Sichuan, Vanilla from Tahiti, gingerbread spices, chocolate balls, fizzing sugar, wasabi, only a few ingredients from the list that we used to cook a lovely meal on that very nice and mild evening of the 6th of April 2009.
More than 20 people from 9 different nationalities, just arrived in Strasbourg or settled in Alsace since several years, meeting for the pleasure to cook "like a chef" to learn Alsatian recipes, to meet other persons in a friendly and intercultural ambiance.

Definitively a splendid evening with a lot of joy, friendship and excellent dishes, thoroughly prepared under the orders (and eyes) of the experienced and very talented Chef! (Without forgetting the absolutely fantastic flavours and smells during the preparation!)
